How to reach us.
A person reads every message and a person replies. Nothing has been released yet, so if you are here looking for help with one of our applications, there is not one to help with — the address is below anyway, and it will keep working.
One address per kind of message.
Sorting it yourself gets you a faster and better answer than a single inbox would. If none of these is obviously right, use the first one.
- General and press
Anything that does not fit below, including questions from journalists. We answer press questions directly rather than through an agency, and we will tell you when something is not for publication.
- Support for an application
Nothing has been released yet, so there is nothing to support today. The address exists now, and it will be the one printed on the store listing when there is one, rather than a new address invented on release day.

- Business software
We sell the business side under a contract or a licence. If you want to know what is being built, whether it would fit what you already run, or how a pilot would work, this is a real conversation and we are glad to have it. We are not taking commissions to build something new to order.

Vulnerability reports go through the disclosure policy, not this form. It sets out what we commit to, how quickly, and what we will not do — including that we will not threaten you for telling us.
- Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion, or a question about what we hold and why. You do not have to cite a regulation or explain your reasons, and asking costs you nothing.
