We are a small company building our own software, and none of it has been released yet. That is most of what you need in order to decide whether this is interesting.

Small enough that everyone can hold the whole of a product in their head, and small enough that you would be talking to the people building it.
The cost is that there is nothing to show yet
An agency can point at work done for other people. We cannot point at anything until we release it, and we would rather have an honest empty shelf than a page of things that do not exist.
What we can and cannot tell you.
Careers pages usually list benefits, a culture and a hiring process. We would rather leave a gap than fill one in, so this is only what we can say without inventing it:
- We are a handful of people. You would work directly with whoever is making the decisions, because there is nobody else for it to go through.
- We are pushing the limits and operating at the frontier of new technology in our areas of expertise, with a strong focus on continuous education and learning by doing.
- Salary, leave, equipment and anything else that matters, we will answer directly in the first conversation. Those deserve specific answers rather than a page.

We are not hiring at the moment. We do read speculative applications, and we keep them for twelve months in case something opens up — which is described in the privacy policy, along with how to have yours deleted sooner.
